Restwell creates 20 new jobs in major expansion

Restwell Manufacturing Ltd is in receipt of support from Invest NI for the purchase of new equipment, marketing costs and recruitment.

This project which is part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020 aims to increase production capabilities, expanding our workforce while providing them the opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills.

Restwell is investing almost half a million pounds in its operations, creating 20 new jobs. We are expanding our production capabilities and workforce with a £475,000 investment, with support from Invest Northern Ireland.

The company is recruiting 20 new staff over the coming months, encouraging applications from school leavers and those returning to work. The new positions, which include 15 production operatives, two delivery drivers, a production manager and a production supervisor will generate over £270,000 annually in additional salaries for the local economy. 13 of the roles are already in place.

"The new equipment we've purchased gives us the capacity to deliver our target volumes and recruitment is ongoing to expand our team of production operatives." - Artur Slizak, Director at Restwell Manufacturing
